Your Body Your Diet Basic Product Details
Your Body Your Diet (or “Fat Burning Autopilot” or “The Healthy Way Diet,” the name does change in a whim) is a weight loss program that focuses on breaking diet myths, determining your unique body characteristics, and matching your food intake with what’s healthy for your body.
The program is created by Gabriella Bernini. We are highly doubtful that she may be an actual person though, despite having a picture on her website. According to her website, she’s a clinical nutritionist, fat loss educator, fitness instructor, and brain-body nutrition authority. However, doing thorough research won’t get you any verifiable information; which leads us to believe that this name may possibly be an alias. Regardless, the lack of a solid authority behind this product is a negative hit on its credibility.
What’s Inside Your Body Your Diet
Moving on to the program itself, you’ll start off with some surprising facts about certain diet myths we have been lead to believe by popular culture and media propaganda. You’ll discover why fat content alone is a poor indicator of how healthy a food is as well as learn how certain foods contribute to “food addiction” so that you can avoid them.
After the introduction, you’ll then proceed to Your Body Your Diet’s central idea, which is to customize the foods you eat to the way your body is built. This program believes that each person, based on their body type, has different fat storage mechanisms and metabolism types. The key then, to losing weight and living healthy, is to match the foods you eat to how your body stores and metabolizes fat.
Needless to say, you’ll go through guidelines to determine your body’s unique fat storage patterns. You’ll then go through a test to identify your metabolism type. Once you have had a clear idea of your unique body structure, you’ll follow a meal plan from a list that suits you the best based on your body type. Meal plans, together with their recipes, are included in the program.

Our Your Body Your Diet Verdict

Your Body Your Diet shares a fair amount of new (you might call it breakthrough) knowledge when it comes to dieting, mostly contradicting some popular diet beliefs we have come to accept. However, the lack of credibility of the program, the confusing rebrand cycles, and the unverifiable identity of the author can expose you to unnecessary risks. Therefore, we give this program a score of 2 out of 5 stars.
The main idea behind Your Body Your Diet is great. Science (and common sense) dictates that each individual consumes and utilizes food sources differently. That’s why you can see a person eating a slice of pizza gain 5lbs. the next day while another person eating the whole box still keep the same weight. Customizing diet plans to our unique body types is a great service considering most diet programs out there are one-size-fits-all types.
However, this product raises several red flags that are simply hard to ignore. The red flags mostly involve the credibility and intent of the author or team behind this program.
First is Gabriella’s lack of verifiable information. Normally, those who are authorities in the field (in this case, she claimed to be an authority in brain-body nutrition) have public records and press mentions that are easy to find. At the very least, any authority has a personal website. This is not the case for Gabriella. She does have a website, but it doesn’t provide any more verifiable information than the ones provided in the product website.
The more concerning red flag is the constant rebranding. This program was originally called “The Healthy Way Diet.” It then changes between “Your Body Your Diet” and “Fat Burning Autopilot.” Don’t be surprised if you visit the website and you are presented a “Fat Burning Autopilot” package. It really happens but the underlying product is the same.
These rebranding cycles beg the question, is the team behind this program simply changing the name to make it seem new and sell it over and over again? Regardless of the reason, these constant rebranding makes you question the intentions of the product creators.
Our Final Recommendation: Don’t Buy Your Body Your Diet

I paid $47 for this program and all the e-books it supposedly contained. I immediately noticed that when the e-books arrived, none of them could be opened. It also became obvious that the only valid email address that was given was a PayPal email. Having no other choice, I emailed that address indicating that I could not open the e-books and requested a refund of my $47 after realizing that this was not a product that I could benefit from. I have never gotten a response (other than a telephone number I could try) nor a refund - surprise, surprise. And I still have not found a way to contact these people. I am at a complete loss with nothing to show for my $47 (which is a lot of money for me). Can anyone help me with this?
That is sad to hear Emily. We are very sorry to hear that our negative review of this product was not enough to convincingly dissuade you from purchasing this product. Regarding your situation, feel free to use our contact form in our Contact Us page so you could be forwarded to the proper channels. We would love to help you in any way we can.
This is the dietician method for dummies basically, because that is what the dietician does when you go there - it gives you a personalized diet. You are telling people not to buy it because of the marketing techniques they chose to sell it... Why not stick to reviewing the content instead of the marketing team?
Valentina Raffaelli - Real Italian Kitchen
Greetings Valentina, it is nice to hear from you and hear about your thoughts on our review for this product. We are inclined to agree with you regarding the content, and we did mention that this program does provide good dieting insight. However, our reviews aim to look at products and product deals holistically. That is, content carries (and should not be separated from) the credibility of their authors while product deals carry the transparency of their marketing message. We understand that our scoring factors are not the same as what most other review resources out there focus on, but we really try our hardest to evaluate the products we review on a higher standard. In the end, we believe that this is how we can serve our readers better. Regardless, we thank you for your concern and honesty Valentina. We hope to see you around WeightRater.com more often and feel free to continue assessing our reviews.
