Turbulence Training is a weight loss program that fits people who don’t have much time to spare for working out and preparing healthy foods. What’s Inside Turbulence Training
Discussing the program itself, lots of programs were released under the “Turbulence Training” brand like “Turbulence Training for Meatheads” and “Turbulence Training Gauntlet,” but this specific “Turbulence Training” product is the main and most fundamental of them all.
The Turbulence Training program used to be a workout program only but has since included a nutrition regimen with the revision. The “low rep high resistance” interval methodology is quite effective in developing lean muscles; while relying on those newly developed muscles to maintain the “afterburn.” With lean muscles, you become a more efficient fat-burning machine and that allows you to even burn fat during states of rest. Essentially, the goal is to increase your metabolism to optimum fat-burning levels. This fact is already covered in many fitness studies so it shouldn’t really surprise anyone anymore.
The nutrition component is also built for people who are suffering from time-famine due to typical modern day busy schedules. The meal plans are designed for simplicity and rely on foods that are readily available (which cuts on shopping and grocery time) and are easy to create (which cuts on preparation and cooking time).

Our Turbulence Training Verdict
We are very grateful that Craig and his team decided to update the main Turbulence Training program. The old version was a fat-burning program that had great intentions and a whole lot of potential, but fell short on its execution and lack of necessary features. With this updated version, those previous shortcomings were addressed and, although still not perfect in all aspects, provided a fat-burning program that finally realizes its potential. The new and improved Turbulence Training program garners a highly deserved 4 out of 5 stars rating.
Turbulence Training’s main strength still lies on being a program that gives effective and quick fat-burning results at an above average rate; demanding less time from your schedule. In a world where everyone is busy, lack of time for fitness and health is really a big problem. Turbulence Training is a welcome solution to that.
However, this emphasis on a lesser time requirement and quicker fat-burning results is balanced out by demanding more from you; that is, you are required to do more intense work compared to what most people are accustomed to, especially if you are coming from a low intensity cardio or treadmill workout routine. The adage “no pain, no gain” holds true here, folks, and Turbulence Training rewards only those who are willing to put in the work.
These claims may prove doubtful for the skeptics but there is a lot of science that goes into this program. Turbulence Training as well as its creator, Craig, have been around the fitness industry for a long time that the Turbulence Training method has already been solidified by a string of trials-and-errors, molded through real world results, and supported via long list of success stories.
You won’t get anything fancy here; but if you crave for quick fat-burning results and are willing to do the work, “nothing fancy” might be exactly what you need.
