You’ll then get an overview about “Metabolic Typing.” What then follows are advice on how to change your eating habits.
After those wordy chapters, you’ll get to the meaty chapter of the program. This main section’s title is “Detoxifying Your Colon and Liver.” Even as the main section, it’s a bit “boney” to say the least. You’ll start off with some background of the colon and the parasites that may be calling it home. Then, the program shares generic cleansing tips. These are the same tips you’ll hear when you visit your friendly neighborhood pharmacy. It’s also the same advice when you go to a health store and ask for a constipation remedy or laxative. To save you from any agony, we’ll go ahead and say that this program doesn’t offer anything of value. At the very least, no value that justifies the price of the program. There’s nothing much we can give this program other than our lowest 1 out of 5 stars rating.
The only thing going for this program is that it does talk about health and not about any other topic. Other than that, there’s nothing positive to say about it.
The Pro Version of the program is $37 and consists of 39 pages. The Hardcore Elite Version is $57 consisting of 50 pages. We wouldn’t mind the quantity of pages if the content is amazing. However, you are, in essence, paying about a dollar per page of generic health tips. That’s crazy.
On top of the shallow content, the program isn’t organized very well. The topics don’t exhibit any sort of cohesive flow or any specific procedure to follow. It feels like the program is exploding all over the place.
The author’s, Dr. Suzanne Gudakunst, identity is also a bit shady. There are a lot of credible authorities in the weight loss field that you can follow. You don’t have to deal with this risky character.
