The Source Diet is a weight loss program delivered via set of tools based upon the emerging field of hormone management for weight loss. It combines dieting, taking food supplements, and a bit of exercising in order to regulate your hormones and wire your body to automatically shed the weight.

What’s Inside The Source Diet
As for The Source Diet itself, don’t expect to be using hCG injections or any intrusive hormone treatments to control your hormones for weight loss. Those procedures are reserved for authorized treatment clinics.
The main instrument of hormone management in The Source Diet is proper dieting (supported slightly by food supplements and exercise) while constantly keeping a constant eye on your progress.
You’ll start off with a 48-hour body detoxification and cleansing process. This puts your body on top of a healthy foundation and preps you for the upcoming diet you’ll go through. This 48-hour process alone can shed a few extra pounds off of you.
Then you’ll proceed to The Source Diet program proper. You’ll then go through the detailed meal plans specifically tailored to regulate you hormones for weight loss. This allows you to gain feedback of how your diet is affecting your hormones, and incidentally, your fat accumulation or utilization. Our The Source Diet Verdict
The Source Diet is an amazing, authentic, and scientific in-depth look at the roles hormones play on our body’s fat storage and usage mechanism. It’s a great service to the industry since hCG drop and injection scams pretty much tainted the “hormone for weight loss” industry (there are a lot of hormones that affect weight, not just hCG). Being such an industry eye-opener, The Source Diet deserves nothing less than a 4 out of 5 stars rating.
The Source Diet is a well-produced product. From the material itself, to the promotion, to the supplementary tools, all the way to the after sale support, you’d feel that a lot of careful thought and effort were put into this whole package.
The diet program itself is not too shabby. We mean, there are lots of misinformation and scams surrounding the “hormones for weight loss” industry that it’s great to find something that’s grounded on solid science. This program clears the air around the issue while also providing a safe and effective way of regulating hormones to lose weight.
Our only complaint regarding the program is that the exercise component is a bit thin. We are a firm believer that consistent physical activity and exercise is always part of a sustainable and healthy weight loss journey. Dieting and hormone regulation can only get you so far. Keeping a sedentary lifestyle would eventually counteract whatever progress you make through dieting alone.
Just another thing to keep in mind, although it’s an established fact that hormones do have an influence towards your weight, the actual practice and field of managing hormone levels as a weight loss method or treat obesity is relatively young. Effectiveness vs. possible side effects is yet to be established.
