Superdiet Basic Product Details
Superdiet is a simple, no-fluff, and no-nonsense weight loss program developed not in the lab, but in the real world. It’s a practical guide to losing weight that removes all the technical jargons and sticks only to what’s actionable.
This program is created by Caleb Lee. Caleb is more of an “in the trenches” kind of weight loss author compared to his other fitness guru counterparts who have certifications and degrees related to fitness. Caleb doesn’t have any health or trainer certification from fitness organizations or weight loss academies; nor does he have a degree in nutrition or biochemistry. He also doesn’t have much celebrity to his name as he has not appeared in magazines or talk shows like other more well-known fitness authors.
However, Caleb’s fitness knowledge comes from extensive research, firsthand testing, and real life experiences. He’s just one of those regular guys who wanted to get fit, did a lot of research, tested on himself, screened for what works, and decided to share what he learned to the world.
Some unofficial fitness credentials to Caleb’s credit include martial arts training since age 5, obsession with strength and conditioning, a list of over 300+ and still growing fitness and weight loss articles published online, and pictures of himself scattered all over the net showing off his ripped six pack abs.
What’s Inside Superdiet
Moving on to the program itself, Superdiet covers the weight loss trifecta – workout, diet, and motivation. Each component is discussed in its own section but synergizes wonderfully with the other components.
The workout component is composed of solid and standard weight-lifting exercises. It’s nothing fancy and Caleb is more concerned about achieving the proper form doing tried-and-tested workouts than presenting you with something you haven’t seen before. You can expect the exercise routines to be filled with images and detailed instructions.
The motivational component is also solid and nothing fancy. You’ll be setting a quantifiable goal (usually target weight) at regular intervals. You’ll also get the typical mindset, accountability, and visualization techniques you’ll find in most productivity self-help books. Caleb covers both sides of the coin though, from what you should be doing as well as what you should not be doing.
The diet component is where Superdiet kind of deviates from the norm though. Most fitness programs propose regular high-protein-with-reasonable-carb diets, but Superdiet teaches “Intermittent Fasting.” What this means is that you’ll have 2 fasting days (but not back-to-back days) per week. Detailed instructions on the correct way of fasting, choosing your fasting schedule, and why you need to fast are provided inside the program.

Our Superdiet Verdict
Similar Products with Better Features and Offers:
Superdiet is a solid fitness program. It’s a weight loss program that’s not clouded by hype, celebrity, or breakthrough discoveries. It’s a product that Caleb developed “in the trenches” and not in the laboratory. It’s grounded on tried-and-tested fitness techniques supported by scientific research but offers nothing that stands out. In that regard, we give this product an average score of 3 out of 5 stars.
The most positive thing about Superdiet is that it’s a weight loss product developed by a common man, for the common fitness enthusiast. Caleb doesn’t have any institutional fitness background, no media marketing hype, and no weight loss laboratory or research pedigree. The net effect is a practical guide that is easy to understand, follow, and take action on.
The knock on Superdiet is the not-so-professional presentation. It’s tolerable for a program to be visually unappealing if the underlying program is really good or it doesn’t affect comprehension. However, some images that describe the exercise components are a bit unclear and small. This can definitely affect how properly you can execute these exercise routines. The typos are a bit bothersome as well. The conversion from digital version to the physical version could’ve been handled better as well.
“Intermittent Fasting” is also a feature of Superdiet that you have to think about. If you are uncomfortable with any type of fasting diet, this program is not for you. However, if you believe in the effects of fasting diets, then you should consider this program.
All in all, Superdiet is a decent product. It does everything well but doesn’t stand out in anything. We guess the clincher that you should consider is the “Intermittent Fasting” component. Your thoughts about that would determine whether this product is worth the try or not.
