Master Cleanse Simplified Basic Product Details
The Master Cleanse, otherwise known as the Lemonade Diet, is a diet regimen meant to detoxify the body, remove waste buildup, and get rid of unhealthy fats. The diet is known as a notoriously hard program to complete because it involves a merciless juice fast. This product, Master Cleanse Simplified, is a modification of the original Master Cleanse (created by Stanley Burroughs in the 1940s) and is more lenient and forgiving; making the Master Cleanse easier to do and finish without greatly diminishing its health benefits and positive effects.
Master Cleanse Simplified is a product created by Raylen Sterling. As far as her credentials and expertise in the field of nutrition and dieting are concerned, there is not a lot of available information around. There is a video of a woman talking about the product in the website which can be her; however, she can also just be a hired actress. All signals point to the conclusion that Raylen Sterling may simply be an alias or a nickname, which is an acceptable practice (most experts want to use a name that’s more appealing to the market) if the identity of the person and accompanying credentials are readily verifiable. However, in the case of this product’s author, such solid and verifiable information don’t exist. The credibility of the author, along with her program, is highly in question.
What’s Inside Master Cleanse Simplified
In terms of content, we appreciate the section wherein Raylen shares her pre-Master Cleanse preparation techniques. In this chapter, she emphasizes that most people fail the Master Cleanse diet because they simply jump right into the Master Cleanse without easing their body into it. Therefore, once they get started, their mind and body gets shocked and overwhelmed with the sudden and extreme diet change. Most people can’t take this and just outright quit. Raylen’s preparation tips help you ease into the actual Master Cleanse diet.
The next section we’ll highlight is the discussion about how long you should stay on the Master Cleanse. As there are a lot of varying opinions regarding the correct duration of the Master Cleanse (that is, to allow you to gain the maximum health benefit), this section of the program clears those opinions up. According to the program, there are no hard set rules on the perfect duration and it all depends on your goals; but one thing that this program emphasized is you shouldn’t go on a Master Cleanse for too long at a time. The advisable length for beginners is a maximum of 10 days.
Lastly, it won’t be a Master Cleanse diet if this program doesn’t include the basic Master Cleanse recipe. However, Master Cleanse Simplified added a few modifications that include natural laxatives and salts. The purposes of these added ingredients are explained thoroughly in this particular section of the program.

Our Master Cleanse Simplified Verdict
Similar Products with Better Features and Offers:
We’ll just say it outright; Master Cleanse Simplified is a product that is not worth your hard-earned money. The content is not outstanding, the presentation leaves a lot to be desired, and the support around the product is non-existent. These issues, along with other shortcomings, garner this product a lowly 1 out of 5 stars rating.
What you can learn inside the Master Cleanse Simplified are, to say the least, not really secrets at all. That is, everything you could gather inside this product is readily available information elsewhere. There are a lot of resources out there about doing a Master Cleanse and this product doesn’t offer anything new or game-breaking. It’s just a rehash of what’s already out there.
In addition, there are serious credibility issues with the authority and identity of the author. The product does say Raylen Sterling is the author and the website does show someone speaking about the product, but a name and a video footage is not the end all and be all of establishing credibility. The author’s identity just raises a lot of red flags which puts your time, money, and effort into unnecessary risks.
Of course, all of these would have been a little more tolerable if you can contact the customer service for a refund or ask for additional information; but there’s seemingly no support team behind this product. At least with our tests, we didn’t get any response from their support team when we tried contacting them via e-mail.
There’s really nothing left to do here other than to stay away from this product and find your Master Cleanse help or effective detoxing program elsewhere.
