NOTE: Ideal Body Blueprint is no longer for sale but we would keep this review page live for your reference. In the meantime, you might want to take a look at similar products like Visual Impact for Women or The Beta Switch.

Pros

  • A fitness and weight loss products that is designed specifically for women. Women fitness goals (i.e. lean but not bulky), women workout programs (i.e. stability balls and push up on knees), and women weight loss issues (i.e. estrogen dominance) are taken into account.
  • It’s a “living proof” weight loss fitness product designed by a woman (Sue Heintze) who herself used to have weight issues, made a complete transformation for herself, and is now sharing what she learned to you via this product.
  • The program is straight to the point and intuitive. It’s organized in a way that’s easy to follow so that you’ll never be confused on where to start and how to proceed.
  • The support team is very responsive, friendly, and accommodating.

Cons

  • Exclusively for women. Therefore, guys should find their luck elsewhere.
  • Additional investment on exercise equipment (or gym membership) and protein shakes may be needed.
  • Product endorsements of ProGrade, MRM Protein Powder, and Biotrust Low Carb as well as other product upsells can be seen here and there.

Ideal Body Blueprint Basic Product Details

Ideal Body Blueprint Product LineupIdeal Body Blueprint is a fitness and weight loss product for women, taking into consideration the specific issues that women go through when trying to lose weight that men don’t worry about. This product is one of the very few products out there that provides help to the underserved female fitness industry crowded mainly by male-centric fitness programs.

Ideal Body Blueprint is designed by Sue Heintze. She is one of the most respected fitness professionals in Australia where she also runs a very successful online fitness resource – idealbodiesonline.com. She and her company has appeared in several media outlets like Oxygen Magazine, Women’s Health and Fitness, Shape Magazine, Today Tonight, and Campbell Live.

On top of those impressive credentials, her program has a long track record of weight loss and fitness success for women, some of whom even went on to win women fitness competitions. Therefore, you can be assured whatever Sue shares in this program works, and works at a high level.

What’s Inside Ideal Body Blueprint

As for the program itself, Ideal Body Blueprint is a very straightforward program. Sue doesn’t beat around the bush and goes straight to actionable steps while most other programs fluff you up with weight loss concepts and stories. Of course Sue starts off with a short introduction of herself and her background as a courtesy, but after that, it’s all about what you can and have to do to get that dream body you want.

The main program is properly compartmentalized into 5 components – the diet plan, the recipe book, the training manual, the quick start guide, and the log sheets. This way you would be able to easily find the topic you are searching for (i.e. if you want to know how to do “push up on knees” you only need to refer to the training manual component).

Like most other fitness programs, it’s best to start with the quick start guide. The “Quick Start Blueprint” lists down everything you need to do to prep yourself for the program smoothly. It’s step by step and covers even the minute details. From printing out 2 copies of the program, to putting a diet program copy on the fridge, to checking your schedule for the next day, it’s all there. You literally only need to follow each step listed.

The “Diet Blueprint” is, like everything in this program, straightforward. You’ll get diet outlines for the weight training days and the rest days. For those who are unfamiliar, diet outlines are like templates that go like “Meal 1: 1 serving of protein, Meal 2: 1 serving of vegetable, 1 serving of fruit” that serves as guides on how you would compose your diet.

The “Diet Blueprint” then accompanies the diet outlines with a food list which lists foods classified into their respective categories. That is, there’s a rich list of protein foods, vegetable foods, fruits, and other categories that you would encounter in the diet outline.

After that, you’ll be shown some example meal plan menus based on the diet outline and food list. This gives you a clear idea on how a fully-composed meal plan looks like.

Once you’re through with the meal planning, Sue talks about a lot of important weight loss issues specific to women and how to work through them. She shares how to regulate estrogen levels, the importance of protein, carbs, and even the right kinds of fat, on towards how to maintain your results once you get them.

The recipe book then shares with you how to prepare some healthy meals that you can use for your diet plan. It’s simple, nothing fancy, and is presented the same way as any other typical recipe.

The “Training Blueprint” offers 12-weeks’ worth of workout program. These workouts are in the form of intense full body trainings like “The Tabata Training” and “Metabolic Resistance Training,” so prepare to work. You’ll be provided with a set of workouts per day, accompanied by illustrated instructions, and links to online resources for further reference.

Our Ideal Body Blueprint Verdict

Ideal Body Blueprint is a weight loss and fitness program for women that is grounded on not hype, not flash, but results. People may mistake the straightforwardness of this program as unimaginative or bland, but this program delivers that one thing that anyone should really only care for – weight loss results. In that regard, we give this program an above average 4 out of 5 stars rating.

Sue and her programs have a track record of producing amazing weight loss and fitness results for women so there’s really no reason that Ideal Body Blueprint would perform otherwise. What makes this program stand out is that it doesn’t try to dazzle you with great design covers or fluffy words. It just provides you with the information you need to get the weight loss job done, that’s it.

If there’s anything to complain about regarding this product, it’s the product endorsements and upsells that you’ll see throughout the program. However, this shouldn’t bother you that much since you can always not buy those things and Ideal Body Blueprint would still work fine.

Regardless of this minor issue, Ideal Body Blueprint is an effective fitness program for women; and a great weight loss product in general. It’s rare to find programs that are specially designed for women (and coincidentally, most of them come from Australia, like Belinda Benn’s Get Lean Program) and these types of women fitness programs are a great service to women trying to deal with weight loss issues all over the world.
