What’s Inside HFT Muscle
The program itself is simple and organized. The introduction shows you how Chad came up with the HFT program. He did so by observing real world athletes and performers. But then, there are high level trainers in the field of fitness and human performance. Chad is one of the latter. His program is well-known and world class athletes all over the world uses it. This program gets an easy 4 out of 5 stars rating.
HFT is an advanced muscle and body building concept that most gym goers don’t even come across. Most personal trainers don’t go deep enough in the fitness field to even fathom such a program. This program is for the elite and those who want to pursue the pinnacle of human performance. If you go through the program, you’ll earn guaranteed muscle growth fast.
There are only two flaws that are keeping HFT from achieving a perfect score. Those shortcomings are the presentation and the usage restriction.
The information is clear enough but the aesthetics is far from pretty. Think about a letter that’s printed on paper vs. a letter that’s written on a napkin. The message doesn’t change but one is more appealing than the other. Not a big deal but still worth noting.
As for the usage restriction, this program is only for advanced fitness goers. That is, you need to be already training for at least a year before you should start with this program. That means you need to already be at a certain fitness level. Following this is prudent and Chad is only concerned with your safety. Advanced bodybuilding programs do need advanced fitness levels.
