Eat Weight Off Review

Editor Rating:

1 star

$39.95 – $49.95

Pros

  • Fits you if you love eating. This diet’s claim is enticing – that you can eat as much as you want of the foods listed inside the program.
  • Responsive customer support. We received a response within 24 hours.

Cons

  • The concepts and ideas presented in the program have no scientific basis. It looks like the author expected the readers to take his word and believe whatever he says on face value.
  • The program is not well-organized. The author talks about what he wants to talk about without any cohesive flow. This happens throughout the entire program.
  • Expensive compared to other diet products, but offers less value all in all.
  • Bad and ugly presentation coupled with typographical and grammatical errors here and there.
  • Doesn’t talk about any form of exercise or physical activity at all.
  • The author’s identity, and by extension his credibility, is questionable.

Eat Weight Off Basic Product Details

Eat Weight Off Product LineupEat Weight Off is an ambitious diet program. It claims to help you lose weight even if you eat as much food as you want. That is, as long as you follow the food guidelines shared in this program. The program even goes further by saying that food can actually make you lose weight. We know, this sounds like every dieter’s dream. Imagine being able to eat and lose weight at the same time? Who wouldn’t want that right? Only if the program’s claims are true, that is. Read on and learn what we found out.

Eat Weight Off is a program created by a certain Dr. Isaac Boules, PhD. Other than his name, there is no further background information on him. There are no pictures or no list of accomplishments. However, we did find that he claims to be working in the field of Nutritional Science. Allegedly, he has a wide experience in eastern health sciences. Yet, having no verifiable information on his identity makes those self-claimed credentials moot. There is a registered Dr. Isaac Boules, but he is a different person with a different area of expertise.

What’s Inside Eat Weight Off

Moving on to the program itself, it revolves around a single premise. That premise is that there are certain foods that can make you lose weight. The author discovered this due to his studies of Eastern health practices. By Eastern, this means Chinese lifestyles in general.

The program says the Chinese live longer and healthier lives compared to Americans. Their diet, he claims, has a lot to do with that. All this without explaining or providing evidence. Without giving too much away, expect to see discussions about soups, tea, ginger, vegetables, and wine. There are Chinese soup recipes that help you lose weight and promote better health.

Scattered around the above-mentioned Chinese diet secrets are 7-day meal plans. Vegetables, fruits, and milk compose majority of these meal plans. There’s also a discussion about body type in relation to weight gain. Add to that a chapter on the importance of water. Top it all off with some food recipes.

If everything sounds out of order, it’s because it is. The topics are not presented in a manner that ties in together. You’ll often ask yourself “how did we get into this discussion?” and “how is this related to the whole program?”

Eat Weight Off’s concept is ambitious. You would agree that it’s every dieters dream to eat as much as they want and still lose weight. It’s like the holy grail of weight loss diets. Eat Weight Off would’ve been the best diet program in the planet. However, it failed on so many fronts. It’s miserable on the lose weight while eating as much as you want department. With that, it’s more than fair to give this program a 1 out of 5 stars rating.

The whole program already looks fishy right from the get go. The author, one Dr. Isaac Boules, PhD., doesn’t divulge any information about himself. Digging deeper proved to be futile, other than a few worthless tidbits we managed to find. The credibility of the author, and the whole program itself, stands on shaky ground.

The program itself further proved our point. It’s very disorganized and every claim is anecdotal or implied at best. An example would be a question stated as “What is secret of longevity of Chinese people?” (yes, we copied it verbatim with the grammatical errors). This statement made the assumption that Chinese people live longer lives. Yet, the program provided no evidentiary support. The program expects us to accept this as fact and go on with the program. The problem is that the main diet revolves around this assumption. And if the main principle is questionable, the whole program falls apart.

Needless to say, this program made bold claims but falls right on its head when asked to deliver. It’s also quite bold for this program dared price higher than most other established diet program. Do move on to other diet programs, there’s nothing worthwhile to gain here.

negative stars if possible...

Book sounds like it was written by a 10 year old. They say 100% no questions asked money back guarantee yet when I wanted my money back they claimed there was a computer glitch. Trendy. Diet says stuff like only eat bananas and milk for a week. Sounds like the cabbage soup diet. Questionable Information is totally unorganized. I would give negative stars if I could.

We are sorry to hear about your bad experience Sue. Based on our research and review, this product (as well as the whole deal surrounding it) is really a bit shady; that is why we gave it a 1 star rating. We really hope you can get your money back as painlessly as possible. We really appreciate that you posted your experience with this product for the benefit of our other readers.
