This program is created by someone nicknamed “Buffalo.” You’d get to see who he is via the e-book and the videos but there’s really no other verifiable information available. He doesn’t say his real name nor does he share anything about his background. This marketing maneuver raises a lot of red flags about this product.

Regarding what you’ll get with the program, there’s an e-book that introduces the concepts and lists the meal plans for you and there’s an 18-part video chronicle of “Buffalo” doing the diet for 18 days.
The main concept of the program is the high protein and vegetable diet. With this type of diet, you get to keep eating tasty meals. Most dieters quit on a diet because they can’t tolerate eating food that tastes like cardboard for a long time. This program aims to help you keep with the diet by providing a delicious meal plan that’s supposed to keep your weight down (emphasis on “supposed”). “Buffalo” even went as far as saying that you can have as many servings as you want as long as you stick to the prescribed meal choices.

The diet concept may sound amazing because it lets you eat as much as you want from an assortment of tasty foods and still lose weight (19lbs. in “Buffalo’s” case). This is every weight loss dieter’s dream. However, the program doesn’t offer any scientific evidence or basis. The only “proof” is the 18-part video series that shows “Buffalo” losing 19lbs. but there’s a lot of loophole with that. For one, it doesn’t show what “Buffalo” does when he wasn’t filming the video. He might be exercising or doing dehydration techniques to lose weight. Only the product creators really know.
On top of the bogus concept, the program isn’t even presented well. It felt rushed and not much effort was expended to polish the program and make it readable and viewable.
